So, I got my Nutrisystem box on Saturday after work. I found out that I can log in and have them hold it at the FedEx stop. Which is perfect for me, because that means I can go on Saturday or Sunday and pick it up, and I don't have the chance of the neighbors deciding they want my box. I really did not like the idea of delivery/drop at my door.
I cleared my cabinets, which wasn't hard since I had cleared them before the liquid diet. And I separated my food out. I decided I wasn't going to start until Monday, that is of course when many famous dieters start their "new day." Monday is like the New Years day of the week. It's that day when you can have a fresh start.
I had my little (and by little, I mean li-tt-le) muffin. Ok, pretty good, I grabbed up my stuff for lunch, a couple of snacks, a cup for ice water, and off I went. It really has been uneventful. The weather has been blah, and the cold has been bugging me. It's time to start my crotchet project for the year. I'm making another "faux Tom Baker" scarf.
Monday after I got home from work, I got my "Christmas Surprise" my (pretty much older sister) from Augusta surprised me with a Microwave. (grinning) The fun began when the UPS man didn't even knock on my door. Charlie started barking. I went to the door and opened it, the guy started backing up, "Watch the dog, watch the dog!" I'm like, "The dog is fine." He couldn't leave fast enough.
Starting weight: 303.4
Today: 298.3
I had gained about 4.5 lbs during the time I went off the liquid diet to the beginning of Nutrisystem Era. It's all good though. I'm back on track!
